Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Payments

All classes are booked and paid for via our online booking system. Monthly subscription payments are collected automatically on the 1st of each month via Stripe, our secure payment provider. By completing your booking, you are authorising Nippon Club London to collect recurring monthly payments from your chosen payment method.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 1 month's written notice to cancel a subscription. Notice must be sent to nipponclublondon@gmail.com Cancellations cannot be processed by contacting your bank or Stripe directly — your subscription will remain active and payments will continue until we have confirmed your cancellation in writing.

Missed or Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry over the following 10–12 days. You will be notified by email if a payment cannot be collected. Continued non-payment may result in your child's place being released.

Refunds

Refunds are issued at the discretion of Nippon Club London. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us directly at nipponclublondon@gmail.com and we will review your request.

Class Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to class times, venues, or instructors where necessary. We will provide as much notice as possible in these circumstances.

Adding or Removing Classes

If you wish to add or remove a class from your child's subscription, please contact us at nipponclublondon@gmail.com with at least 2 weeks' notice before the 1st of the month. Changes made after this point may not take effect until the following month.

Photography & Video

We may occasionally take photos or videos during sessions for use on our social media or marketing materials. You will be asked for your consent during the booking process. If you wish to withdraw consent at any time, please contact us directly.

Health & Medical Information

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform Nippon Club London of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs that may affect their child's participation. This information must be kept up to date.

Liability

Nippon Club London takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of participants. However, we cannot accept liability for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during sessions unless caused by our negligence.
